Completely is Critical Mass' followup album to their critically acclaimed first CD, Faith Looks Up. This CD has exploded onto the Catholic music scene with a prestigious award from the Gospel Music Association Covenant Awards for best new Rock Album. The song, "Humility", was also a finalist in the Best Song category. Completely lives up to its awards. Continuing in the cutting edge, alternative style which characterized their last effort, Critical Mass offers decidedly more upbeat songs of worship, prayer and praise. "Share it With the World" and "Close" follow in the footsteps of "Body and Blood" as very singable and doable liturgical songs. "Forgiven" is a wonderful song of repentence and forgiveness. "Humility" is the most memorable melody, the one that will be playing in your head long after the album is over. This CD may not grab you the first time you listen to it, but keep listening. It is well worth it. The packaging for this album is very nicely done, complete with lyrics and pictures of each member of this camera-shy group.
