Hello to all the amazing youth from ICYC. We are sitting in the Minnieapolis/St. Paul's airport waiting for our next flight to continue our journey home. This is just a note to let all of you know how much we appreciated your enthousiasm this weekend, and how incredibly impressed we were with how on fire for God all of you were. What an awesome conference! Don't lose this oppurtunity to strengthen the fellowship you have developed, and cherish the amazing bond with our Catholic tradition that we love so much! I purchased Grasping for Hope in the Darkness when it was first released as a gift for my 16 year old daughter (and that was before I read your blog post, Dave!). I recently purchased a second copy for myself (seems we were constantly fighting over who had the CD!). I couldn't agree with Dave's blog post more...your music is an invaluable opportunity for parents to reach out to their children in a way they understand and appreciate...to offer them with a positive connection to their Catholic Christianity. I hope to take both of my kids to hear Critical Mass live in Kitchener this summer.
