| Critical Mass- Reforming with a new album |
|
David Wang, one of the founding members of Critical Mass, has decided to continue the mission of the band and is currently in the studio recording the followup to "Completely". This album will feature much of the same songwriting team as for the previous albums but will have a decidedly heavier edge, both in terms of the topics as well as the musical delivery. Andrew Horrocks is again in the producer's chair. The album is tentatively called "Grasping for Hope in the Darkness" and is slated for an April release. There is also a possibility that an illustrated booklet will shortly follow which traces out the story of a man's journey from the dark secular world back into the Light of Christ. The songs on the album weave into the tapestry of this man's story, giving this new album the flavour of a concept album. THere are also plans for Critical Mass to tour in 2004 with an entirely new lineup. There are still a few copies of the CD, "Faith Looks Up" and "Mass of Joy". They
are $15 and $7 respectively and can only be purchased by emailing
